Valid government-issued identification and an adult signature may be required upon delivery.

Order Fulfillment

All orders placed through Casa Ajurra are fulfilled and shipped by Liquor Near Me and its licensed fulfillment partners, where permitted by law.

Availability, pricing, and shipping eligibility may vary based on inventory, location, and applicable state laws.

Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, product availability, vintage, packaging, bottle design, labeling, and size may change without notice due to supplier, manufacturer, or distributor updates.

Casa Ajurra does not guarantee specific packaging, labels, batch numbers, or vintages unless explicitly stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Alcohol shipments require an adult signature from an individual 21 years of age or older.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Casa Ajurra is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returned shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping methods do not bypass standard order processing times.

Package Protection

Optional package protection may be offered during checkout.

If package protection is declined, Casa Ajurra is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after being accepted by the shipping carrier.

Claims for damaged, missing, or lost packages must be submitted within five (5) business days of the delivery date.

Any redirection or modification of a shipment after it leaves the fulfillment facility may void package protection coverage.

Wine & Temperature Sensitive Products

Wine and certain alcoholic beverages may be affected by temperature fluctuations during transit.

Customers assume responsibility for weather-related risks associated with shipping alcoholic beverages. Casa Ajurra recommends selecting expedited shipping options during periods of extreme heat or cold.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement during normal business days.

After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to five percent (5%) to cover processing and fulfillment expenses.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable laws, all sales are generally final.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered only in cases involving:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products received

  • Lost shipments confirmed by the carrier

  • Fulfillment errors

Customers must provide supporting documentation, including photographs when applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Casa Ajurra reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.

Engraved & Customized Products

Customized, engraved, or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying spelling, grammar, and customization details before submitting their order.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing, inventory, or typographical error, Casa Ajurra reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of Casa Ajurra or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Ajurra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, products, services, or shipments.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Compliance With State Laws

Customers are responsible for determining whether alcohol shipments are permitted to their destination.

Casa Ajurra reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
